I really could use some input on this one.

POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
1. Dysplastic pulmonary valve with mass.
2. Coronary artery disease.
3. Large pulmonary artery aneurysm.

PROCEDURES:
1. Coronary artery bypass grafting x 1. The patient had left internal mammary
artery to his LAD.
2. Pulmonary artery aneurysmorrhaphy/repair.
3. Pulmonary valve replacement utilizing a 27 millimeter epoch bioprosthetic
St. Jude valve.


I have 33475 and 33533, but can't find a code for the pulmonary artery aneurysm repair. I was thinking 33335 but would like some other thoughts on it.
