What is the difference on the icd9 codes for 6 min walk test and Home 02 evaluation? I see the 6 min walk test codes as either 94620 or 94621 and the Home 02 eval code also seems to be 94620 OR 94760 or 94761?? The more I read on these 2 tests the more confused I become. Please help and thanks!
