I have denial that Cpt 94060 included in 94618?
I am new to this can someone tells me why before i delete 94060?

On either 94010 or 94060 a Modifier XU or 59 (depending on carrier) must be amended when a Pulmonary stress test is billed on same DOS. Also, the Pulmonary Stress Test would be primary in sequencing the CPT Codes on the claim
