Pulmonary thrombolysis / thrombectomy

Hi all,

Quick 2 questions about pulmonary thrombolysis / thrombectomy.

1. For thrombolysis in both the right and left PAs via the same access, I have CPT 37211. Assuming it's all coming from the femoral vein, do I code 37211 or 37211-50?
2. If I were to have done thrombectomy in both PAs, again via the same access, would that be 37184 AND 37185 or just 37184-50? It's just a little unclear if the right and left PAs are considered separate vascular families or one.

Thanks in advance!
