We have always been told that when we bill 94060 we can not bill anything else with it. This procedure is being done in the office setting w/our own equipment. However, we are now being told by an auditor that we can bill the additional codes of 94060-26, 94726-26, 94729-26.
Does anyone have experience in billing & getting paid by billing all these codes? I would appreciate any help in this matter.
