Can someone share with me how they would code/charge for pulse oximetry on a patient that does not stay overnight?

We do them on patients when they come in and its included in the e &m. Insurances do not pay for that code. We have been getting paid by some insurances for the overnight pulse study. We own the equipment and I am billing for the global. no modifiers.

Some of the insurances are applying their patients co pay to colce 94762

Thanks
