Does anyone know the correct code for "pulsed" radiofrequency branch blocks? We can only come up with 64999 an unlisted procedure and Medicare doesn't pay for that unlisted procedures.
64622 is for the permanent destruction of the nerve but the surgeon is clearly stating he is not destroying the nerve, only stunning it.
