Hello,
We were recently informed that United is now requiring a mod 59 on initial administration codes when billing for an E0780 (pump rental) in the same visit. A representative also said that a mod 59 needs to be put on the E0780 as well. I was under the impression that no alpha codes ever get a mod. Does this E code require a mod 59 or another mod? Please advise.
