Pyloric channel ulcer with iron deficiency anemia

Hi,
Pt. had an EGD for iron deficiency anemia, when we did the EGD a pyloric channel ulcer was found.

My physician states, "my clinical impression is that the pyloric channel ulcer is the source of the patient's anemia."

Dr. does not state is ulcer is acute or chronic.

What Dx would you use. Would you list this ulcer with hemorrhage or not?
