I do billing for a pyschiatrist that does home visits, and he does not keep charts in the office, he keeps them at the clinics or wherever, I am at a loss of how to explain what is needed in the office. Also in pyschiatry how does a home visit differ with privacy act, Hippa and all of that. I could really use some advice.
