Wiki Q0091 pap exam question

Wondering if anyone has had luck getting paid w/ Q0091 for commercial payors? I just started working for a management group and they were using 88142 with all pap smears and now MMOO is taking back the money. Which I agree with MMOO, they should not have billed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I'm from Ohio)

The physician office cannot bill using the 88142 code. That is for lab use. The collection of PAP for well woman is either the Q0091 or included with the preventive E&M.
