Is it appropriate to add Q3014 to visits that labs are done on a separate DOS? Or will the labs done after the DOS stand alone?
 
Hi there,

Q3014 is the code originating sites use for a telehealth visit. Did you mean to ask about another code?
 
No. A lab service is not a telehealth service therefore you wouldn't bill it with a telehealth code.
