Wiki Q5119 (infusion) constant denial for place of service OSCAR

Hello there, I work in a physician office and here we billed the RUXIENCE code Q5119 infusion with place of service 11, but we've been getting all of those claims denied, someone has the same problem or can help me with this? I've been appealing with no result, is more than 10 claims. Thank you.
