Quick back story. Our office doesn't take many insurances, we take Medicare, Medicaid, Fidelis and WellCare.
If a patient, for example, has a Humana dual plan and are a QMB and wants to come to our office knowing we don't except their insurance and are willing to pay a flat fee. Can we have them sign a waiver and charge them a flat fee?

Thanks!
