I have been getting denied on my OB work and my Quad Screens labs and I was just wondering if there is a super secret that I'm missing.

I would start with confirming the allowed diagnoses to support medical necessity. You might visit the CMC site: www.cms.hhs.gov because the Coding Policy Manual Jan 2010 has an update regarding the 86703 code. This is located in the Coding Policy Manual NCD page 20-27. Sorry I don't have the "super secret."
