Wiki Quantitative Drug screen codes G0481-G0483

I have a client that is billing South Carolina Medicaid for G0481, G0482, and G0483 and SC Medicaid only pays for G0480.

Can anyone give me any guidance on why Medicaid only pays G0480 and not G0481-G0483?
