Laryngo-onycho-cutaneous syndrome (also known as Shabbir syndrome) is a rare epithelial disorder inherited in an autosomal recessive fashion.[It is characterized by abnormalities in the larynx, nails ("onycho-"), and skin ("cutaneous").
