Can anyone advise me on how to bill surgical dressings for wound care when a 4x4 dressing is prepackaged in a sterile manufacturers pouch with 2 dressings instead of 1 dressing? Do you charge for 1 unit or 2 units? This is with HCPCS code A6402. THANK YOU!
