I have providers that want to document DOT physicals and AWV together. I have been informed that this is a no no. Some have started documenting the DOT physical on the DOT physical form however they are still referring to the DOT physical in the AWV exam. What is the appropriate documentation guidelines? Should there be any mention of the DOT physical in the wellness exam?
