I have a bill that shows the following CPT codes used on the bill, this is all the same surgery
29914
29915
29862
29916
29999
29861

It seems like they listed everything they did but shouldn't some of these procedures be bundled and not listed separately? Along with each code there is a cost charged. I am a coder but I do not do coding on a regular basis and need help.
