Question about iatrogenic femur fracture

I was just wondering if anyone has come across this in their orthopaedic surgery coding? One of our docs has given me a surgery for 27130 and has asked if we can also bill for fixing iatrogenic femur fracture same session?

If anyone knows please just let me know or if there is information I could possibly reference on this.
