I have a question to ensure that we are using a specific ICD 10 code appropriately. If we have a patient who is coming in for a current pregnancy (that the provider deems high risk due to history of SAB), is it appropriate to use the code O09.29_ (Supervision of pregnancy with other poor reproductive or obstetric history, _____ trimester)?
