I am currently working for a practice in Arizona. I moved to Florida in April and they are keeping my "employee" status to the end of the year. After that time, they want me to convert to a subcontractor. I remote into their EMR from home and do all the same duties I did when I was on-site.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do as a subcontractor in Florida? Do I need to be bonded/insured, have a Florida business license?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
