Wiki Question for V codes

The coding course I did never answered this question for me. I was looking at the V codes and some of them state primary dx and some state secondary dx. Some are blank. Are the ones that don't specify either way able to be used as both primary and secondary?

Did you look at the V code table In the coding guidelines? Read the guildelines and you may get clarity.
