Wiki Question on billing multiple procedures on different days

I am billing the following codes and the second day of codes are being rejected.
Any help would be appreciated.

06/25/19 99460-25
06/25/19 41010
06/26/19 99462-25
06/26/19 54150
06/27/19 99462-24
06/28/19 99238-24

CPT 41010 has a 10 day global period, so 54150 would need a -79 modifier to signify that it is an unrelated procedure during the post-operative period. The E&M on 6/26/19 would need -24 modifier in addition to the -25 modifiers as well.
