Colonoscopy OP report indicates:

A sessile polyp was found in the descending colon. The polyp was 5mm in size. The polyp was removed with a hot forceps. Resection and retrieval were complete.

Normal mucosa was found in the entire colon. Biopsies were taken with a cold forceps for histology.

What are the correct codes to report?

Should it be just the 45384? Or 45384, 45380-59
