Hi,

This is a new code for me, and I was wondering if you can charge seperately for the pump??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

MCR does not reimburse separately for the VAD, they include this in the reimbursement for the procedure. I have billed a few to commercial insurances with HCPCS A4301, but we perform these mostly on MCR pts.
