Wiki Question on Global Package

Patient underwent a left PCOM for a unruptured posterior communicating cerebral artery aneurysm by a different physician, and during the complex neurosurgical intervention the aneurysm ruptured.

Now the patient is in the ICU being seen by a different neurologists/different group for neuro checks, so for that physician can I bill his services or is his services part of the global package?
