Hello! I'm trying to figure out if code 95800 (unattended sleep study) is supposed to be used as a Home Sleep Study or is only used in an office setting. Currently, I am fighting with the insurance companies over the use of G0399 (home sleep test, w/ Type III Portable Monitor; minimum 4 channels), that before all the changes in September was an accepted and payable code. 95800 is an accepted code but it makes no mention of a home setting. Thanks!
