Hello all I was wondering is anyone has the answer to this question or can direct me to find the answer. Does anyone know if in the state of Massachusetts I am required to have and Independent Contractor license to do remote coding? If so where would one go to get this? Thank you in advance.

Offhand, I'm not sure about the license if you work as an independent contractor, but remote coding is sometimes done as an employee. I have several remote coders who work as employees of my hospital. You can check with the Department of Labor for MA.
