I was just certain that HIPAA requires two backups for practices...one on-site and one off-site. As I am looking through all of my reference materials and through Google, I am unable to find a reference to support this. I would really like to confirm, so if anyone knows this answer and has a reference to guide me to, that would be very much appreciated.
