How would you code this:
Re-do sternotomy , CABG x2 with a radial artery to the LAD, SVG to the ramus artery.
I think it is 33530, 33534, and 35600.

Any vascular coders, please respond.

Hi: Becaus you stated he did an arterial & a SVG (vein) I would code as:

33533 (one artery), 33517 (one vein), 33530 Redo, 35600 & 33508 IF endoscopy removal of vein was done.

With reading the report this is what I came up with!
