Please HELP - Cannot find answer anywhere

we just purchased a new EKG machine which also does R-R interval analysis billable under code 95921. i was told that if you billed the 95925 and the 95921 you could get an additional reimbursement of $60-$200. could someone let me know what they have experienced? do i bill a 59 modifier with it or will the second test automaticaly be reduced by 50%? thanks, been trying to find out for quite sometime now.
