Wiki R vats w/decort & talc pleurodesis

Physician performed a right VATS w/total pulmonary decort & pneumonolysis....and at the end of the procedure he states that he placed Asbestos free talc throughout the right lung space. I believe 32652 is correct but can I bill for the talc as well (32650) or should that be already included.

Unlike diagnostic thoracoscopies, multiple surgical thoracoscopies are not bundled with each other. If two separate techniques are performed at different sites, both may be billed together with modifier 59 appended to the lesser-valued procedure.
