Hi!

I just want to know how do you report rashes in left chin and left buttocks?

There are no ICD10CM codes for rash with specific body parts. It's just R21.

Hi Eric:giggle:
This is hopefully where your provider needs to give details on specific skin condition& location. If it's just a rash dx R21. But if it is the following there are specific on laterality and certain body areas. Checkout these diagnostic dx. blocks
Pressure ulcer L89 dx block,
Cellulitis is L03 dx block. L03
Carbuncle & Furuncles dx L02,
Cutaneous Abscess L02.4
Benign neoplasm D17, D21, D22 and D23 lower half and feet ETC
Cancer C40 dx block
I hope helped you:)
