Hi,
I need help in coding this simple procedure, radial pin site release, the note states 1cm incisions were made at the level of her previous incisions, sharp blunt disection w/scissors/hemostat was used to circumferencially release skin/sq from underlying muscle/fascia; AROM testing wrist showed problwm resolved, incisions were approximated....
