Radiation and Chemo claims billed on same DAY

Can anybody advise if Radiation Tharapy and chemo therapy claim for the same patient can be billed on the same day?

Also what about an Ambulatory surgery claim and a radiation claim billed on same day? Any idea...

Please advise..?

There is no reason why radiation therapy cannot be billed on the same date as other services. Biologically, some cancers respond best when be treated with both chemo and radiation at the same time. To my knowledge, there should not be any edits between these services.
