Good afternoon fellow coders,
I have recently inquired a Radiation Oncology physician in my practices. I am in need of help with the coding and billing. Is there any where I can go to get training that is not expense. I have been waiting for my office to set me up with a trainer for 3 months with no success. :confused:
 
RO Training

Try contacting organizations such as AMAC, ASCO, or ROCC to see what webinars or other training is available in the specialty of Radiation Oncology. I bill for RO currently and can help with specific questions. Are you interested in hiring a biller with this experience?
 
I am also a Rad Onc coder and I think we would all be willing to help you with any qestions you may have. To get a quick overview of the codes we use, go to the Radiation Oncology section in your CPT book and that will at least give you the codes we use.
