Wiki Radiation Oncology question

I have a couple of questions. We have several radiation oncologists in our practice and they cover for each other when the ordering provider is not in the office. Patient is under treatment and provider goes on vacation during that patients treatment, do we bill the weekly treatment management under the supervising provider as the note was done by the supervising provider? Another question, if a simulation was ordered by a provider that started the radiation treatment plan, but the simulation documentation was signed by a supervising provider as the ordering provider was not in the office, do we bill under the supervising provider or the ordering provider? Thank you for your help with this matter.

It's billed under the supervising physician - whoever signed off on the documentation. I bill for a multi-physician rad/onc practice as well.
