Hello,

I am coding a SAVI HDR RT and LT Breast which has 2 plans- What would be the best way to code in order to capture both SAVI's?
Would really appreciate any feedback.

It will depend on the plan created. With SAVI and the multiple channels it may be that a 3D plan (77295) is supported, only one of these per day is billable and no modifier can be applied in order to bill both. If only a brachy isodose plan (77326, 77327 or 77328) is supported it is much the same, but the number of dwell positions can be combined between the 2 plans to elevate the plan to a higher level as well as the number of channels used for treatment.
