Pt. was receiving a 3d treatment (77414) for 25 days then had a IMRT plan done for the boost. The plan was printed while pt. was on treatment. Dosimetrist charged out the calc charges (77300) but was unclear if the Dosimetrist could bill for the plan and devices. Would this be a conflict with the 77301, 77414, and 77338?
