If we are doing daily IGRT imaging on a patient do we still need to bill for port films once a week?

You would only submit for one form of imaging a day, so if you do both IGRT and port films in one day, you would submit the IGRT since it pays more.

If both in one day, bill the highest level of service supported by documentation. The lower levels of service would be incidental because of CCI.
