Need your input on where Radiation Therapy falls under Risk of Complication in the 2021 MDM Grid. Moderate or High?

Generally speaking, it was moderate risk but is high risk as of 2021. Personally, I think it should be considered on a case-by-case basis. A patient receiving radiation to the chest or brain is going to be at much higher risk of dying from complications of treatment than someone getting radiation to an extremity, for example.

Agreed. I think case-by-case basis is the intent of the new guidelines.
