I work for general surgeons and by the time a patients has been referred to our practice the majority of them are here and are having huge area's of skin taken off due to the spreading of the disease. Usually 12 x 6 x4 and larger. Would it be unapproprate if we are talking about that much margins to bill in the 2000 section??? They are not sarcoma's but are pretty radical in nature due to how much needs to be removed to ensure clear margins.
