Is a complex closure included with a Radical Vulvectomy? I would say that since it is a more extensive procedure and the description states that The resulting large and disfiguring defect is usually closed in layers using plastic surgical techniques, which may include pedicle flaps or free skin grafts indicates that a complex closure is a given.
