Is it appropriate to code 78803 SPECT scan as part of a Y90 embolization or is it considered incidental?

Argh! I have a bunch of notes I wrote in my book but really not sure. How many body areas? days? I have "no planar and SPECT together for limited study area" and "planar and SPECT for area may both be necessary and code both".
Do you have someone else at work that might know?
