Can anyone help with this situation:

Using CT guidance, a radiofrequency needle with a 3-cm burn zone was introduced into the left perilumbar muscle where a mass was noted. Radiofrequency ablation was perfomed several times. Each side was repeated twice, one @ 100% energy level and the second time @ 70% energy level and every time inpedance was achieved. The entire mass was ablated.

Can't find a code for "perilumbar muscle ablation".

Any suggestions?
