I have a question regarding documentation for contrast billing. Is it ok that the report states gadolinium for the injection, or does it specifically have to state Gadavist (the brand) in the report in order to have proper documentation for billing the contrast? Or is it sufficient enough that the Gadavist is listed in the EMR?
