I would like to know if anyone could help me code this?

Markedly severe, slightly worsened degeneration medial
compartment with bone-on-bone articulation. Associated worsening
varus angulation through the right knee.

They're talking about OA of the knee joint in the medial compartment.
Google the words when you are not sure, that will help you.
