Wiki Radiology - profee billing for multiple studies

Does anyone have any information on the profee billing of multiple studies performed on the same day (i.e. three chest x-rays on one specific day). Can these each be billed or is there a rule that you can only bill for so many a day.

My suggestion is we can bill multiple studies for the same day with approp modifier and also based on the cc.

You can bill for each and use the 76/77 modifiers. There's no limit on the number per day that can be billed but some insurances have their own policies on how many they're going to pay for per day.
